Permanently installed firing points and target changers have significantly enhanced the facilities for air weapons shooters at the club. The club has also invested in new air pistols. If you are interested in trying out target air shooting (pistol or rifle) please follow the contact link below.
Please note the Club provides facilities and coaching for the sole purpose of formal target shooting as competed in National and International competitions such as the Olympic Games. Shooting is performed in the standing position and unfortunately it is not suitable for those under 13 years of age. More recently we have introduced 'benchrest' rifle shooting (in the sitting position with the rifle supported on a table) which may appeal to both younger shooters and those with mobility problems.
